Charles, as a concerned shareholder I hope that you can find the time to answer a couple of questions. It is my belief that anyone who owns 5% of a company must file a 13-X form. This shows your actual holdings. Have you ever filed these forms? If yes, when? If not, why not? Answers to these questions would help me clarify some of the confusion that now exists. Thanks in advance. Gary
