i disagree. sorry you're upset about good news. with the ernings report coming so far after the q end (6/30) they need to keep customers, sales channel and analyst community updated in the interim. i take this as another positive preannouncement.

also, the stock is off on the additional shares so they are prbably trying to help your shareholder value. can't place everyone.

anyway, the earnings will tell the tale.
