Phil - You are correct, with one piece of added info. Netcape agreed to change their name from Mosaic Comminications Corp to Netscape, and paid an undisclosed sum for illegal use of trademark, trade secrets, etc to the U of I and to Spyglass which held the rights to licensing of Mosaic. I think Netscape is 'legal' now in their use of original Mosaic intellectual property.
