Betty - You are beating a DEAD HORSE on the wrong thread and it is you that is not paying attention.

If Tobin Blows it and does some of the INANE things you are talking about such as the following quote "If the negotiations get ugly Tobin could instruct Inco to remove all of its equipment and buildings from the site and cease work. Tobin could find another use for the site or another operator. " how much credability will he have????

He could do that but very shortly the various mining companies would decide that the lands of NFLD would not be worth the headache - It is question of doing business. WE have too many politicans concerned with a 4 year time frame and making decisions based on personal reasons rather than sound business decsions in th best long term interest of their areas.

You have posted these same thoughts all over the place - You are citing technicalities and possibly points of law. We are talking about common sense
