I just got off the phone with Neil. They are sitting and waiting for the bank/financier to close the deal ahead of them before they can get the ball rolling with MPTV. They told MPTV they should be done with the other client by Monday/Tuesday of this week. Bank doesn't want to give the letter prematurely because the title company could technically close the day after they get the letter, and the bank would be screwed since they wouldn't have anyone available to send out. So they wait. And we wait. MPTV received a letter last week that made the financing official and 100% certain, so there's no backing out now. Apparently, CEO has also been organizing some new corporate sales in addition to the 600 they already have. Should be interesting. I'm going to try to call Vellema this afternoon. Prov
