From what i am reading, most Industry 'Insiders' say QWEST won't do so hot because they seem to be aimed at the residential market, and it will take waaaay to long to develop any kind of serious revenue from that angle, whereas pointing at the business industry, which is where LVLT and AT&T Worldnet is pointing, WILL generate cash flow much sooner than residential cash flow. Remember, i am just saying what i read in an issue of 'The Industry Standard'.
