JL; To become a winner at all times I have trained my emotioN, my mood and my mind to be cool at all times " cool like a rock" I am not excited and I am not fear or worried, I just carry forward at good times and at bad times as well. If you didn't train like this you could not have good timing of trading, you will either buy at high or sell at low or miss a real and golden opportunity.
