I totally agree with your statement.

However, the truth is that he doubled the number of shares authorized without holding a shareholder meeting. The increase, as you mentioned, took place a couple of weeks after he publicly stated there was no need for further dilution.

As to his personal life, I doubt his activities can be considered to be part of the truth. I understand your frustration Shadow, although one should not let their feelings overcome their logic.

I doubt we will be seeing fillings any time soon, however we seem to be stuck with this clown FOR NOW.
