I complained last week to support@interquote.com about their poor service, and I go this e-mail back:

We apologize for not responding earlier to your email. We have been short
staffed over the last week and are trying to catch up with all of last weeks
email.

We are working on correcting many of the data problems that we have been
having as of late. Our data provider had been having problems getting us our real
time updates and over this past weekend, we have upgraded our connection to them
to a dedicated T1 connection. This should be activated this week, which should
clear up the slow updates. We have also updated several of our servers to help
reduce the load on our system, which should also help increase the speed of the
updates. There have also been problems with our data provider (Bridge) updating
the NYSE indicators. This is a problem with Bridge themselves, and they have been
working on getting this corrected as soon as possible. We are hoping that the
combination of the new connection and Bridge correcting their problems will bring
our service up to the level that you expect from us.
