I dont have the exact date, but it would be interesting to call the company and to ask when the problems started with proxicom.

From whatr I recall, the first significant drop in the stock price came when a few investors, posted to say the problems that were apparent on the site.

And since then the stock has only dropped because of site problems.
Makes you wonder ????
