I am shopping for a bargain.
My criterion:
Fabless IC companies under $5.00.
Stock price severely depressed.
Bookvalue higher than current market price.
Extremely low debt ratio.
Good upward 1999 potential with new product(s).

Can someone tell me that OAKT is a good candidate?
