David, one thing you may not be aware of is that Brown is owned by Chase Manhattan Bank. This is because Brown was owned by Chemical Bank before it acquired Chase and adopted the Chase name. This might give you additional confidence in Brown.

BTW, I do NOT work for Brown of Chase or, for that matter, anybody else. I'm self-employed. I do have a Brown account and find them reputable.
