David,
I don't think there will be any sales for the INS reported in the Sep Q/E. If I recall correctly from the conference call, Fowler stated that they had delivered to the INS the units that had been ordered to date. IDX would have already recorded the sales in the quarter they shipped the units. Let's hope that they receive another purchase order soon.
