You must not be operating your stuff correctly - I have a zip drive just for backing up my laptop and never had a hic up... I work closely with the graphics industry and I've never heard of such troubles like you've experienced. We talking huge amounts of data being bounced to Zips, Dittos and of course, Syquest disc seems to be the only format (a little exobyte now and then) that customers use to store and transport their graphic files... (at least my customers) These devices can't be that unreliable and have sold sooo many units...sorry you've had so much trouble.... ROCK
