I'm not especially good at interpreting legalese so doublecheck me on this! PM's board is proposing that in case of a "change in control" of the company that all employee and management stock options will immediately BECOME FULLY VESTED. I find no "poison pill" language. My translation of this is they are not fighting a takeover as long as their options aren't hurt. If your doublecheck confirms this I would think the probability of a takeover just increased significantly. Sam
