Jeff,

In spite of their difficulties, I may buy for the following reasons:

1. Stock is now probably below book value.

2. Ross has excellent engineering talent and the capital equipment/facilities to become viable, assuming they choose a lucrative market to compete in. Even some of their niche products, such as the "SparcPlug" are getting attention in the industry.

3. Most importantly, giant multi-billion Fujitsu is the major stockholder. Question is...will Fujitsu let them go under?
