Jack, Re: Smoking, I tried many times and many methods. The best and the one that worked for me was Zyban AND the patch. This was recommended by my Dr. since the drugs are completely different and do different things. No withdrawal, no pain. PS I tried them separately without any success. Good Luck Nathan
