I posted last week that it was thought the deal was DONE and they would meet and sign it either late last week or early this week. I DO NOT know if that has occurred or even will. I DO EXPECT IT, else I wouldn't have added to my position at 3/8 this evening... I had not seen that on Yahoo until I was made aware of it, as I seldom visit the Yahoo boards... Here is what you were speaking of I think. Tomorrow the "company" and SSGI are meeting to sign the definitive agreement. It may take a few extra days if there are any changes to be made. Mr. Cadigan seems very excited with the coming news and I think it will make us long term SSGI holders feel a bit better. He couldn't elaborate on the final deal, but said it would great for current stock holders. I sure hope that this merger will propell us back into $3-5 range. I have waited very patiently for this stock to take off and this merger is one variable that just might get it rolling. I know that there isn't alot of info. out on the merger, but I'm very surprised that this board hasn't been speculating on what they might think. Any comments. I like SI so much better than Yahoo. I jump over there now and then to post something I'm expecting but I don't linger to discuss it. I just lay it down on their doorstep and they can do with it as they wish. Iwill say I am getting a bit excited over SSGI, because It is becoming more clear all the time that this stock could be priced from $2 to $5 in (as you guys put it) a "New York second. This 1.5 million float is something to really consider, you talk about a flyer, this could really be one. I NEED ANOTHER this year, already had TWO and I have learned that I LIKE IT ;^) ESPECIALLY when I OWN a Wagon Load!!!! Regards, Malcolm
