Craig: I received a news release in today's mail regarding Thermafreeze. The release is dated December 6. It says that Baseball Properties acquired Thermafreeze. It describes Thermafreeze as the manufacturer of a product for shipment of temperature sensitive products. It says that Baseball Properties will change its name to Thermafreeze and effect a reverse split of all outstanding shares of common stock on a 1 for 4 basis as of December 3, 1996. The symbol THFZ will change to NTFZ in 30 days. Steve
