Good article, what do you think about QWST acquiring PSINet? I think this company is undervalued relative to other ISPs and has strategic assets that would mesh well with QWST's. I think that a PSINet + EUNet + QWST's fiber would bring it into the league of a UUNET. Any thoughts?
