I can't imagine that FDX would announce a share buyback. They are more interested in purchasing purple planes. It's also going to take capital to expand RPS which has been running at full capacity ever since the UPS strike.

If FDX had no alternatives for capital deployment then a stock buyback might be a viable option. However, they are in position to take market share from UPS but capital will be required. My opinion only.
