Ken, I second everything that Joe Medsker said in his post and I might add that Joe Murphy will most likely be meeting with Howard Isen (sp) of Speer-Leeds (sp) in a couple of weeks. Also, if and when DCI receives an offer that management feels acceptable to bring to its' shareholders--we will receive a 30-day advanced notice of the Special Meeting and proxies would also be mailed. Joe also mentioned, as Joe Medsker pointed out, that they are working with the SEC on a daily basis to update all filings to expedite "due diligence" that prospective suitors will have to do but at the same time wanted to let everyone know that they are continuing to run the company as usual and continuing to build value to the best of their ability.
