jack, The way your Vivus investment has been acting lately, you may find it difficult to stop quitting at this moment. I suggest you simply hold on to the cigarette and don't light it if you need something to hold in your mouth or in your hand out of habit. As far as the addiction to nicotine you may want to go to your local 7 eleven and pick up a can of snuff--you can then wean yourself off the nicotine and it's a hell of a lot cheaper than having to buy prescription medicine.
