I hope the company has what it takes... I was a little surprised by the package I received. I know you can't judge a book by its cover, BUT ... I received the prospectus in a brown, generic envelope - my last name was misspelled (and hand written) and the envelope had a computer generated return label. I applaud their efforts to save money but at the same time it's vital to convey the right image. I know in speaking to the company last week they don't have a full time person handling IR. Make they should have sold more stock and had the all the resources? A couple of their prospective products look very interesting ... also very complicated.
