Just received my proxy today and I never knew that an alternative to completing the form you can enter your vote by telephone toll free and follow the instructions. I personally am voting no for a 15:1 consolidation as I find this ridiculous.All what will happen will be that the stock will got to lets say .60 when this would happen and once again in no time at all we will see .20 cents again. I asked IR what happened to all the swiss, Saudi Arabian, and other money that was suppose to be coming on line. All what they could tell me was that these guys own a bunch of companies and are not willing to put money into Alliance. Can't figure that one out if they keep telling me that all the reserves are their but they need money.
