Dave Given all the misinformation that that has been posted , it could become a full time job rebutting inaccuracies that have been recently posted, sometimes three a night. Not to long ago when I posted a fair amount of court documents (with minimal comment) my position/motivation was questioned. Like yourself; I am an investor that has lost money here, and still have many more questions than answers. It is my understanding that a hearing was to take place today for Solv-ex to leave bankruptcy. This will allow them complete pending business transactions as noted in the reorg plan. Many of the partners required this as a condition. Hopefully when I get back next week, I will be able to post the Solv-ex rebuttal to the SEC complaint. jjb
