<< Does Art fit the profile? Rumor has it, Racom has hired a 500 lb gorilla in marketing away from a large multi-national company for its CEO. In other words, it ain't Hinds. Also, the new CEO also took a cut in pay to come on board. Let's see, they say Art Rancis is Vice President of Samsung's Product Innovation Lab. Come's close to the profile, time will tell. If I'm right, it's cuz Racom is in a hurry. Recall, play is over before the ball is snapped and all that. >> There was an Art Rancis at StorageTek some years back in Market Planning, he went to a little company here in Colorado that was bought by Sony - don't recall the division or his title. If he's in NJ now, he could well be looking to come back to Nirvana. But I don't think I would call him either a 500lb gorilla or a potential CEO type. Maybe in his mind.
