I had hoped that the issue of INTERNATIONAL PRECIOUS METAL'S future would be more clearly resolved one way or the other by the end of this week. Resolution of its fate would allow me to say more now about what I know now concerning the reasons for this company's failure. Hopefully, a definitive resolution concerning whether the company can emerge, successfully or not so successfully from its current Chapter 11 status will be available upon my return from vacation at the end of August. Since the market for these shares have been taken away from regulatory authorities that are more concerned for their legal rear ends than for the welfare of shareholders, there is no market anyway for this stock, so we have no choice but to wait and see if anything positive can emerge from Chapter 11.
