I find it hard to invest in a company when I cannot read any SEC documents about it. I have heard others getting burnt in the past with some oversea companies not disclosing all their risks. By the way, Yahoo Quotes shows nothing about this company, not even a profile.

Very disappointing for a company that appears to be growing rapidly.

I am interested in this stock--no short or long position yet.
