I agree it was a decent summary, especially if you leave out the personal attack tone. I don't think the majority of the points were that insightful. Last week it was me putting on the pressure, as I didn't buy the "Talks in Progress" phrase used in the previous release. Ok, now I'm impressed and convinced I was wrong. What is the problem? I don't see a contradiction between saying that negotiations are going on and that there is an agreement in principle. Wouldn't the principle be visible and the negotiations be relevant related to a first draft of a contract. Since the two entities have been to this point before, it also makes sense that things could happen very quickly. I do see merit in some of the other items mentioned, like stock issues. I'm especially interested in knowing the company names, specific products, a description of the physical and financial assets. I am taking it for granted that these things will be forth coming but don't mind at all if people push the issues.
