I called the company today and found out that the proxies and other material for the annual meeting were mailed today. First it will go to Montreal Trust, then to whomever distributes it for the brokerage houses. I will try to keep on top of this in a timely fashion to make sure that we can all register our feelings about the way things have been going around here for those of us who want to.

Considering that this company has shown a lack of regard about smaller shareholders regarding openness and communication and also has a dearth of measurable, or in some way palpable, achievement, I would like to reiterate my suggestion that we all vote against any new (or renewal of old) fringe benefits to all members of the board of directors, which I believe includes the company CEO and CFO. Of course, if you think they've done a great job and enhanced your material well being then go ahead and vote for them. Just make sure you get your proxy and annual report soon and vote. I will vote in protest and so will some of my friends and relatives. This can add up, although it's not likely to win. These guys should first have a year behind them in which they have enriched shareholders, obviously the opposite of what's happened even with the new CEO, McBeath. Let them earn their perks before we vote to confer it on to them. Let them show us shareholders a lot more respect than they have before we vote to give them a damn thing.

No stock and no stock options for these guys. At least not this year.

Harold
