Bill,
the additional shares are for non-employee director stock option plan (option for each non-employee to purchase 50000 shares) and 1998 Employee stock purchase plan at 85% of market value. Do you have any opinion about the directors that are to be elected?? Froch and Papazian have the Aura association...which NWCM shareholders would like to leave behind.
