Yep, looks like the same American Leisure Joe. I guess if WACC was going to pick a backer, this was one to choose. Similar businesses. Unlike a bank, where you can't service a debt directly with shares of stock. I don't forsee a problem with WACC meeting the financial deadlines they've agreed to unless the Florida timeshare market takes a turn for the worst, which is unlikely. This market has been growing at an annual pace of 15-20% and I would imagine if these numbers were single digits the goal is still attainable. This is a good day for all of us. They had me wondering for a while there. Whew!!! Lamp
