Bob, PS. I imagine what you are looking for, in terms of settlement, is that direct project costs are in excess of any figures stipulated in the release. The Court terminated the matter pursuant to the affirmative burden of proof on behalf of Phoenix. Legal actions arise throughout many businesses; what matters in this instance is that it's history.
I anticipate better press through year-end given the aforementioned burden is lifted and production is in sight.
