Ross, it takes about 90 days and they filed about 40 days ago. It could be before 90 days or after 90 days, The 90 days is just a average time frame.. BB board stocks usually do not move a lot unless there is a group of high profile promoters behind it which there is not with titan. They have a pr firm, and they will give you all the information you might want, but no hype. The company knows when it hits nasdaq it is all over. Look at the difference between titan and bigx. Bigx is on nasdaq and is selling for 9 bucks a share and they do not even have a product. Titan turned in 13 million for the first half and it is trading at 5. You think something is wrong there? (GG) I just keep building on my position at these prices. A very good rule of thumb is what ever stock you buy, if you make a double on it sell half, get all your money back and ride the other half for free. Again all the lookers out there might want to call the Veritas at 1-800-773-7317, and they will send you any information you want want. I know there is a lot of new people looking and on this board, so be sure to do your homework, as all stocks are not for everyone. randy
