Well here I am again,

Take a close look at Vivus. Double bottomed at its 52 week low today and appears to have very strong support at 5 3/4. Management sucks but we have a decent product in a very hot ED market. Many issues regarding Viagra are beginning to materialize especially those regarding safety and legal matters as the lawsuits have begun.
Today's IMS prescription data showed new prescriptions of Viagra continue to decline and for the first time since its release last April the new prescription count has dropped below 100,000. MUSE sales appear to have bottomed and appear to have started to slowly inch up.

Last time I came here to recommend Vivus as a market gem we saw a 2 day move from 8 to above 14 (last April). Although I am not recommending Vivus as a very short term buy for a very large profit IMO it is looking quite attractive as a buy and 3 to 6 month hold.
News on the horizon includes a potential buy out or at least a strong domestic pharma partner to heat up domestic sales. Also MUSE approval is expected in quite a few foreign countries by years end.
MUSE should gain approval in Canada any day now which includes a 2 million milestone payment from Janssen Pharmaceuticals. Take a look and good luck!
