Possibly - this could neither have been prevented nor foreseen - but it should have no ultimate negative effect as the project will now go forward with whichever side prevails. (The Tutsis are actually more business-oriented than the Kabila govenrment, from what I under- stand, and easier to deal with. It's just a shame, given that it took us over a year to get to this very critical juncture. I bought more stock today - just shut my eyes. It's difficult to resist these prices! Jill
