Mr. David, Hi, I am a newbie here (looking for earnings plays) and wonder if you can tell me why it is a "given" that MFIGY's price will not decrease from current levels prior to the consumation of the merger? Then again perhaps I have misread you and you meant "can" instead of "if". Thanks for the clarification. rod

P.S. I have read the merger will be in September. Is anyone aware of an exact date?.
