Vitesse wants to increase the amount of its authorized shares from 25 mil. to 50 mil. There is a problem with the 25 mil. ceiling since the number of ISSUED shares plus the number under options (including 1.3 mil. recently de-reserved) exceeds the ceiling. Hence, some breathing room is needed.

As far as I know, there are no plans to issue any additional shares except for those under options.
