I thought you had it. MSWIN and WOW read the virtual or metastock formats.

It seems that they will "kind of" read the data. When I set up the directory that contained every stock symbol, it had something like 43 or more sub-directories. GET reads everything under the main directory while MSWIN and WOW will only read the one directory that you select. I have not tried it with the "real" metastock data since I removed it when GET read the virtual so well.

I will have to read your message again more carefully about GET losing a page if the directory is changed. It is late and not coming across to clearly.
