Great Find Joe, Looks like things are falling in place. It looks like it is important to both parties that this project succeeds. Hopfully in the next week or so we can get the SEC filing behind us. We will see alot more investors after we get Nasdaq BB listing and it won't happen until 10K filing. Keep up the good work Joe. It looks like things will start happening quickly, only 1 year until next phase. They must get roads and landscaping complete and start construction to generate revenue in order to buy last 250 acres.
