Freeus, Glad I could make you laugh but to be honest I fail to see the humor. You wrote. Csco is going head to head with Lu on voice, and central station transmission which is lu's bread and butter. Also one of the officials of Bell Labs (K Kennedy) has joined Csco to help the effort. Kevin didn't join CISCO for this effort.... you made it sound like this was a recent happening with the target being LU all along. Kevin has been with CSCO for years heading up their Network to User Business Unit (NUBU)..with a focus on mid-range routers. It's only been the last 2 years that voice has been a big part of cisco's strategy and therfore Kevin's charter. So, to imply that he was hired to take on LU is a pure fallacy and misleading....and NOT funny. Sorry for getting defensive, but if you're trying to imply that Kevin is a "hired hand" then you should go elsewhere....it's just not so. Gary (OG)
