I seriously doubt if an ignore button would crimp anyone's style.
I read the postings on a couple of stocks on raging bull, the people try to behave, knowing if they get too outlandish, they will be ignored.
As for bashers, hypesters, naysayers, I usually give them the benefit of a doubt for 4-5 posts before I pass judgment on their characters and motives. An ignore button would help me by-pass these people.
