STOP WAITING!!!!!! This is the big Kahuna. We are right in the middle of it. Take a look at my charts on my website: cres.anu.edu.au I'm sorry it is slow even at 56k. Compare this SP500 action with individual stocks that have collapsed - eg. National Semiconductor last October-November. It is very similar. Chase Manhattan is pretty much in the same mode as the SP500. I find it a good indicator. I'll send charts of Chase, NSM etc. by E-mail to anyone who wants one. OK I could be wrong but I'm willing to bet on it. In fact I think I'll pick up the phone to my Australian options broker right now... David
