ISR is going to add DWEB to their watch list tomorrow, that along with the news release concerning Rite Aid could give this a nice little pop tomorrow.....
ANOTHER HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT.
And again with no reaction on Wall Street, came from Dynamic Web (OTC:DWEB). The just signed a huge contract (huge in respect to who they signed with, in respect that it absolutely defines the quality of their work, in respect that "if they could sign them--they can sign anybody") with Rite Aid. yes, that Rite Aid. Hello, is anybody listening.
Rite Aid is a monster (the largest in the US) chain of drug stores numbering 4,000. It doesn't get any better than this. It's not like they just signed Vito's corner drug store. And the result ? 16,000 shares traded, up a 1/32. This is a powder keg.
What went wrong ? For one, Dow Jones didn't pick up the release. For two, we'll just read some of these excerpts.
Them: "EDIxchangeBuy provides a customized Extranet designed to leverage the global reach of the Web for companies to automate their supply chains with small- to medium-sized suppliers lacking EDI capabilities."
Us: Say What ? What the hell is a supply chain. Can we buy one for our motorcycle ?
Them: "The company uses Internet and EDI technologies to enable companies to maximize the full business potential of electronic commerce by increasing participation and compliance with trading partners."
Us: Increasing participation ? Who, what ? Okay, enough making humor of one of our clients. This part we did understand.
Them: Rite Aid Corporation, based in Camp Hill, PA is one of the nation's largest drugstore chains with approximately 4,000 stores in 30 states and the District of Columbia with annual revenues of $11.4 billion.
Us: Wow. And this company has an $11 million market cap.
Here is the entire press release.

We'll issue a press release tomorrow stating that they have been added to the Watch List and try to put the significance of the press release in English. So keep an eye out for it. Again, the symbol is (OTC:DWEB).
We will also see if we can get an Interview with management. As a reminder, DWEB has what we call a "small supplier solution" for major corporations. Basically, many large corporation have 1000's of small suppliers and a mountain of paperwork is created when dealing with all of them. Dynamic Web has a solution (which was just selected for use by Rite-Aid--hello) to eliminate all the paperwork by linking all the small suppliers to the big company via the Internet.
Dynamic Web has a turn-key solution. Meaning, if your a big billion dollar company, you hire Dynamic Web who comes in and sets you up with a web site (and this is much more complex) and then shows all your small suppliers how to do business with you using the everyday computer and a web browser. No more paperwork. Dynamic Web gets paid everytime the small supplier sends a purchase order or invoice. Everytime. It's genius. They're genius.
Here is their Web Site.
