Try reading the 10Q, it is all disclosed there. These are largely gresham operating expenses (outside of depreciation) which are currently being capitalized until saleable product is available. Capitalization of these expenses is a common practice in almost all manufacturing industries, although some semi companies expense them as incurred as R&D. LSI has chosen not to expense them, but to capitalize them instead. These additional expenses are the reason gross margins will fall back into the low 40's and lsi doesn't have a prayer of sequential eps growth in Q4.

Another example of your ignorance being pushed off on me as dishonesty and again you are proven wrong. I can't believe you invest in an industry and a company you know so little about.
