no, that is no flaw. if bob is a perma-bull at heart then he would never call a bear - see definition of perma-bull ;-) nor will he call the next bear - again, see definition ;-) also, notice the IF in the statement and reason accordingly! ;-) nothing against bob. i'm not even saying he isn't "da man" for the next 7 years. however, i find the sensitivity of this thread amazing. it's like i called someone's spouse ugly or something. geez, i didn't do that, but that is the reaction i get. weird.
