Anybody still follow? When will earnings be released? By the way, I just received my "Proof of claim and Release" form for the class action suit. Anybody had experience on this with another company lawsuit? What was the outcome? How much was returned? Any current IMPX holders who are involved and filing the claim? Is this for real? I still hold IMPX shares from the teens. I have nothing else to lose, since I already lost it, so I guess I'll start reading the documents they sent me and fill the form if necessary.
