hello, fed ex has 100's of different price rates, ge national discount is beyond belief, forget rack rates if someone like net grocer ships enough the price for delivery won't be much. the price may be dropping because now ups ground has guaranteed delivery date, most times companies shipments fall into one or 2 day zones for ups which will majorly eat in to fed ex market share, imo real key is how quickly can fed ex get a national ground service with competitive prices to market, from the streets reaction my guess is not quick enough. however if fedex is good enough to own for bob lessin it's good enough for me.
