law.uc.edu This is a very good site. In here people can see how the SEC has laws against misleading info. "Controlling persons" Linked liability. Penalties. and if there is confusion about this only applying to registered reps vs. "people", think in terms of insider trading. NO ONE can trade on inside information. The SEC did not write these laws just to stop registered Reps. They wrote them to stop abuses from everyone. We ALL are covered by them. If RMIL has done something wrong, they will pay. If the short side of the equation has done something wrong they will pay also.
